1. The FREE cleaning voucher promo will run from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. The Promo is exclusive to all customers who will purchase any participating Macbook, iMac and Mac mini items in-store and in the webstore.
2. The voucher is not tied to the item purchased. The cleaning service can be redeemed and availed for any Mac device.
3. The Promo is valid when you avail any Macbook, iMac or Mac mini at any Switch retail store or in the webstore. The cleaning service will be redeemed at any Switch service center.
4. The voucher will be given to the customer once the purchase is done. This needs to be presented at the Service Center of choice upon claiming the free cleaning service.
5. The Freebie is not convertible to cash or credit. It may also not be exchanged with another product. The Freebies are not for resale. Any activity involving reselling of the vouchers will be deemed fraudulent.
7. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, special promotions or discounts.
8. Once the service is claimed, the voucher must be surrendered to one of the Service Center staff.
9. One (1) purchase of any participating item is equivalent to one (1) voucher.
11. Upon validation of purchase, the voucher will be given the same day as the customer's date of purchase (In the case of webstore orders, it will be given upon pick up or delivery). In the event of unforeseen technical difficulties, Switch will ensure that eligible customers can receive their reward at the soonest possible time.
12. Switch reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.
