Send us your inquiries and get connected with our Apple Experts and Apple Certified Technicians from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM! Cut-off for service repairs is at 5 PM daily.

 

Community Guidelines

1. Kindly maintain respectful conversations. Only conversations regarding Apple devices, support, or premium accessories will be entertained.

2. Keep inquiries relevant. Unauthorized posting of any product, chain messages, jokes, memes, etc. will warrant automatic removal of the member from the group.

3. All payments must be made through authorized Studio84 Inc accounts only. Please report any fraudulent transactions.

 

Order Placement

We are taking orders from 9AM to 5PM, Mondays to Fridays. Place your orders through the channels below. We'll make sure to get to your inquiries.

You may message our moderators. Always note that our moderators has a star beside their names. Due to the limited stocks in our head office, we may direct your orders to your preferred Switch store for a faster and seamless transaction.

Delivery Guidelines

1. Delivery

For items worth Php 5000 below, delivery options may include any courier of your choice. Delivery fee to be shouldered by the customer.

 

2. Store Pick Up

Call in, reach us online, or visit in-store to place your orders. Know how we've changed here.

As a safety measure for all our members, please be reminded of the following:

1. Our official moderators are only those with a “star” on their account name.

2. It is our policy not to send any messages to any of our customers in this Viber community beyond our operating schedule.

3. Payment details and other confidential information will only be sent to you by our our moderators via their official @switch.com.ph email address. Do not transact with individuals sending payment instructions on Viber.

4. Our moderators will never ask for a copy and the details of your debit/credit card for your

security throughout the online transaction. Prepare 2 valid IDs for credit card purchases
